Nate Hine, representing Aquamist, came into our apartment to provide a professional opinion regarding the stretching, cleaning options for an existing carpet that had become puckered in some places. We wanted an honest appraisal before deciding whether to try to “fix” or replace. Nat demonstrated his knowledge and experience during our conversation and clearly expressed the pros and cons of trying to “fix” the existing carpet. There was no pressure, simply facts from which to make our decision.
The job, at our discretion, was completed thoroughly, professionally and with warm courtesy. An excellent experience for us

Every year for the past 4 years or so, Aquamist Carpet Care has come to clean our carpet. They are dependable (on time and they will call just before coming) and provide a great service. All of the stains are gone. I keep seeing some of the same servicemen year after year, and are very approachable as I speak with them. It is with pleasure that I call the company year after year.

I have used the services in my homes for a number of years, always with satisfaction. The person who answers the telephone and books the appointments is always polite and accommodating. The service men are clean, respectful and pleasant when they arrive at the home. They are quiet and arrive on time and do the work efficiently . The company does not overcharge for their service. Aquamist is the best cleaning company I have ever dealt with and the fairest in the work they do.

My husband and I live in a condo and we needed our carpets cleaned before company came. I looked in the Yellow Pages and chose Aquamist because of the “BBB” logo. I called and was treated with respect and the receptionist was very pleasant. Nat came and did an estimate and was very professional and polite. They arrived promptly on the date chosen and did a fine job. We would use their services in the future. We will recommend this business to friends and family.

I have used Aquamist Carpet Care Ltd. in the past and was pleased with their service. Aquamist has served us honestly and well for 7 years. We moved into a house where 3 dogs and 2 smokers had done their best to ruin the carpets—Aquamist managed to revive them for us, leaving them virtually stain and odour free. Since then they’ve helped us keep our oriental rugs clean and several times walked us through the traumas of cat pee “accidents” with kindness, expertise and good humour. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company and consider ourselves loyal customers. They always go the extra few steps - providing extra spray bottles for spot cleaning, giving discounts where possible, cleaning extra little nooks and crannies just out of good will.

My hot water tank flooded my downstairs. Aquamist came out on a Sunday, mopped up, left 4 big fans and a dehumidifier. They checked daily the dryness of the carpet, underlay and walls. They also cleaned the affected areas when all was dry. I was very impressed by their courteous manner, clean cut appearance, and kindness toward my pets. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I have verbally been spreading my praise to all who would listen. A job well done. Thanks

On two occasions, after accidentally tracking oil up the stairs, Aquamist sent two very polite, courteous and professional operators to solve my problem. They always call in advance if they are delayed. Their shoes are covered while in the residence. All work is discussed prior to beginning and an estimate of cost given.

I heard about Aquamist on CFAX radio and was impressed with the person interviewed. I have 2 small dogs and was interested in having Aquamist to remove some doggie accidents from my carpets. The guys were super, friendly and professional. The carpets look great and the urine stains are next to not noticeable. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely have these guys back. We were extremely impressed with Myles and David.
We desperately needed our carpets cleaned as we moved into a house previously occupied by dogs. We have small children so it was essential. They came at 6 pm to start the job! They had been at our old house at 10 am that morning so it was a full day – a smile at the beginning and also at the end.

This was my first contact with Aquamist. I had made the appointment on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. The receptionist who took my appointment and the two young men who came to do the cleaning were exceptionally courteous andhelpful in explaining the work and their product. The cleaning was well done and the results entirely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
PS They also were able to clean up some dark areas around the heating vents to a remarkable degree.

I am pleased to recommend the two men who cleaned my carpets. They arrived on time, were very courteous and explained the different methods thy might use. They were quite knowledgeable about their products and able to give me advice regarding my needs. As I am an old woman (92 next month) they showed concern and warned me about slipping.
